Plans are simple flat monthly fees. Small Business is ₦10,000 per month (same features as Operations, up to 10 properties). Standard plans are ₦20,000 per month for Records, ₦35,000 for Operations, and ₦40,000 for Governance—all with unlimited properties. Enterprise self-hosted deployments are available with custom pricing.
Small Business is an entry plan for lean portfolios. It includes the same features as Operations but is limited to 10 properties. It is priced at ₦10,000 per month and is separate from the three standard plans (Records, Operations, and Governance).
On standard plans (Records, Operations, Governance), you pay one flat monthly fee for the plan tier and can add unlimited properties. On the Small Business plan, you may manage up to 10 distinct properties in your account. A property is each building or asset you track as its own entry in Property Governors.
Your subscription covers the Property Governors platform. SMS and other notification bundles are not included in the flat monthly fee—they are optional add-ons that you purchase separately when you need additional message volume or channels.
No setup fees. You can start using Property Governors right away and pay the flat monthly subscription for the plan you choose.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
You are billed monthly at a flat rate for your chosen plan. Standard plans (Records, Operations, Governance) charge the same monthly fee for unlimited properties. Small Business stays at ₦10,000 per month with a maximum of 10 properties. Notification bundles, if you use them, are billed separately from your plan.
