Property Governors was born out of recognizing a real problem. Through conversations with property owners and managers across Nigeria, we learned about the chaos of managing multiple properties, chasing rent payments, tracking maintenance requests on paper, and struggling with spreadsheets that never quite worked.
We saw that property managers were searching for solutions with flexible payment options and features that address real challenges. When we couldn't find one that truly fit the Nigerian market, we decided to build it.
