Welcome to the Property Governors user guides.
These guides show you how to use the platform. Set up your workspace, manage properties and tenancies, collect rent, handle maintenance, and more.
Roles
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Manager | Runs the workspace: properties, tenancies, payments, team, and settings |
| Property owner | Monitors owned properties, reports, and maintenance approvals |
| Tenant | Pays rent, manages appointments, and submits maintenance requests |
| Worker | Completes assigned maintenance jobs |
Managers create the account and invite everyone else. One person can hold more than one role and switch between them.
